1. From 10 November 2012 all class activities will be conducted as per the following
schedule.

2. Saturday       : Morning Assembly for all students. In case Saturday is a holiday assembly will be held
                        on the 1st working day of thw week.

3. Monday        : Turn out inspection for XI, General knowledge/Form class for school
                        section.

4. Tuesday       : PT for XI, Turn out inspection for XII, Motivation/Form class for school section.

5. Wednesday  : PT for class IX, Turn out inspection for VI-VIII, Motivation/Form class for
                         college section

6. Thursday      : PT for VI to VIII, Turn out inspection for IX and X, General knowledge/Form class for
                         college section.

Note  :

a.       From class be utilised for caring discipline and discussing the general knowledge.

b.       All form masters will explain the "Theme of the Day" to the students for 2/3 minutes that will be
issued by the respective VP on weekly basis.

All Faculty Members of Morning Shift shall stay at college up to 1230 hrs. While the faculty members
of the Day shift shall be Present at the College by 1200 hrs.
